A shop with a bucket problem
Two of us, one cold room, and more buckets than floor.
Where the flowers come from
Two thirds of what we sell is grown within forty miles, and the rest comes through the market at five in the morning on Tuesday and Friday. Nothing is dyed, nothing is sprayed silver, and anything that will not last the week goes home with us rather than to a customer.
